The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has disclosed that troops of the Joint Process Power South-East, Operation Udo Ka, have arrested a nurse linked to the medical staff of an Indigenous Individuals of Biafra (IPOB) camp at Umunze in Orumba South Native Authorities Space of Anambra State.
