Opta’s Supercomputer has projected the final top five standings in the Premier League this season, with Manchester United, Liverpool and Aston Villa tipped to complete the qualification places for Europe’s elite club competition.
For the second consecutive year, England will send five clubs to the UEFA Champions League, following strong performances by English sides in continental tournaments.

According to the data-driven predictions, title contenders Arsenal and Manchester City have already secured two of the five Champions League slots.
Opta’s model now gives Manchester United, Liverpool and Aston Villa a combined 97 per cent probability of claiming the remaining three positions behind Arsenal and City.
The race for those spots remains tight, with only three points separating United, Liverpool and Villa in the standings. Villa and Liverpool, currently occupying fourth and fifth places respectively, hold an eight-point advantage over Brighton & Hove Albion in sixth.
With the season entering its decisive phase, the statistical projection suggests that the current top five are well-positioned to maintain their advantage, barring any dramatic late collapse.
