Police raid prison hideout disguised as church, get better firearms

The police inAkwa Ibom state have arrested seven suspects and recovered firearms and different incriminating objects throughout a raid on a facility allegedly used as a prison hideout disguised as a church.

The operation was carried out within the early hours of Wednesday, at Ndiya Mfia group in Ikono native authorities space of Akwa Ibom, following credible intelligence indicating that suspected criminals had been working from the placement beneath the quilt of a non secular centre.

The police spokesperson in Akwa Ibom, Timfon John, acknowledged this in a press release. She mentioned one of many suspects, Mind Ebeka, was recognized because the “Preacher”.

Ms John, a deputy superintendent of police, later mentioned the ability is known as “All Energy Belong to Me.”

Different arrested suspects are Kenneth Eziekiel, Dickson Ndueo, Abang Rowland, and three feminine suspects, together with Esther Okon and Pleasure Okon.
