Courtroom adjourns listening to on N250m swimsuit towards MultiChoice Nigeria 


 

A Maiduguri Excessive Courtroom, Wednesday, held its second listening to in a case between Shehu Mohammed Fanti and Multi Selection Nigeria.

Multi Selection Nigeria demanded detailed rationalization from the plaintiff, Mohammed Shehu Fanti over breach of sealed and signed contract.

The plaintiff defined that he had  in  a swimsuit with No BOHC MG/CV/2025, filed a writ of summons dated tenth March, 2025,  accusing that the defendant, DSTV, breached a contractual Contract entered into by each of them.

In his assertion on oath, Fanti, who’s a retired civil servant, stated he subscribed to the service of the defendant in Maiduguri to have the ability to have entry to its programmes.

He alleged that the defendant requested him to satisfy some circumstances to be entitled to further time or entry, which he did, thereby establishing a contractual Contract.

The plaintiff stated after fulfilling the contractual Contract between himself and Multi Selection Nigeria, the defendant breached the Contract, and all efforts to recollect it through their official e mail handle have been futile.

He urged the courtroom to declare that the defendant’s failure to supply decoder No. 1044169201 with the three months compact+ bouquet and months further view quantities to breach of contract for which the plaintiff is praying  and of N250, 000,000 (200 and fifty million) in damages.
