Alaafin frightened over worsening safety scenario in Ondo, Kwara, Kogi, Ekiti 


The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Akeem Owoade, Sunday expressed considerations over the worsening safety scenario throughout a number of communities in Ondo, Kwara , Kogi  and Ekiti states.

A press release made out there to journalists by the director, Tradition and Public Relations, Alaafin palace, Mr Ademola Adeniyi, acknowledged that the nature of the incidents posed severe threat to lives, livelihoods, and the general stability of affected communities. 

The Alaafin mentioned: “The present scenario calls for swift reinforcement, intensified coordination and rapid scaling up of safety responses, significantly in weak rural and agrarian areas the place residents are more and more uncovered.
