The State Govt Committee (SEC) of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Benue state, Wednesday criticised the emergence of the factional Nationwide Govt Committee (NEC), led by Senator David Mark.
He described the emergence of the Mark-led NEC as illegitimate and in violation of Part 82(1) of the Electoral Act 2026.
