1,645 BOUESTI graduates set for convocation – VC  


 

The vice chancellor of the Bamidele Olumilua College of Training, Science and Expertise, Ikere-Ekiti(BOUESTI), Professor Babatunde Omojola, Tuesday stated 1,645 college students of the establishment shall be conferred levels at its second convocation ceremony Saturday.

The vice chancellor who said this at a press convention held on the Faculty Campus stated 60 graduates bagged First Class Honours, 563 bagged Second Class Honours, 854 bagged Second Class Honours (Decrease Division) and 168 bagged Third Class Honours.

He stated: “These figures should not simply statistics, they replicate our dedication to educational excellence, high quality educating and the resilience of our college students.

“Additionally it is instructive to notice that since its institution in 2020 and the primary matriculation ceremony  held in 2021 with a modest scholar inhabitants of two,401, BOUESTI has witnessed a geometrical enhance in enrolment , which now stands at a formidable 22,994 college students.

“This outstanding progress underscores the rising confidence within the College and Affirms its fame as one of many quickest -growing state universities in Nigeria and Sub-Sahaean Africa,” Prof. Omojola said.
