A faction of the Peoples Democratic Social gathering (PDP) aligned with the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has re-elected Abdulrahman Mohammed as its nationwide chairman.
Abdulrahman, who’s from Nasarawa State within the North Central zone, had earlier served as Performing Nationwide Chairman of the faction’s Nationwide Caretaker Committee.
The group additionally crammed different main positions inside its Nationwide Working Committee (NWC) by way of a consensus association.
Aaron Chukwuemeka was elected Deputy Nationwide Chairman (South), whereas Yusufu Nyakiriken, SAN, emerged as Deputy Nationwide Chairman (North).
Samuel Anyanwu was returned as Nationwide Secretary, with Kolawale Olabisi elected as Nationwide Treasurer. Odeyemei Mackson Oladiran was named Deputy Nationwide Treasurer, and Lado Dan Marke emerged as Nationwide {Financial} Secretary.
Kamaldeen Ajibade was elected Nationwide Authorized Adviser, whereas Jungudo Haruna Mohammed assumed the function of Nationwide Publicity Secretary. Umar Bature retained his place as Nationwide Organising Secretary.
In whole, 21 members of the NWC had been elected by consensus and subsequently sworn in.
