The Impartial Corrupt Practices and Different Associated Offences Fee (ICPC) says it has arrested Nasir el-Rufai, former governor of Kaduna State.
The arrest comes moments after El-Rufai was launched on bail by the {Economic} and {Financial} Crimes Fee (EFCC) on Wednesday.
