ISWAP Terrorists Burn Christian Village in Adamawa, Threaten Residents to ‘Convert to Islam or Die’

The Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) has intensified assaults on Christian communities in northeastern Nigeria.

The terrorist group lately set ablaze a Christian village in Adamawa State, in line with safety analyst Brant Philip, who shared particulars on Thursday in a viral video launched by the militants.

“ISWAP launched a picture of one of many Christian villages in Adamawa State burning, alongside a press release declaring that each one Christians in Nigeria are official targets.

“They claimed that residents might ‘spare their blood’ by changing to Islam or paying the jizyah tax to ISWAP,” Philip posted on X.

The assault is extensively seen as retaliation following joint airstrikes by Nigerian and United States forces on a terrorist enclave in Sokoto State.
