Kristin Cavallari has hard-launched her new boyfriend, 24-year-old Mark Estes. The Laguna Beach star posted a cute selfie with her new boo, alongside the caption “he makes me happy.”
The Hills star’s new romance comes months after her ex-husband, former NFL player Jay Cutler went Instagram official with his new girlfriend, Samantha Robertson. Jay and Kristin were married for almost seven years before calling it quits in 2020 with three children.
Who is Kristin Cavallari’s new boyfriend Mark Estes?
Mark Estes is 24 years old, and according to his Instagram bio, is based in Nashville, just like Kristin. He’s also a former football player and played for Montana State University and Montana Tech.
He’s pretty active on the ‘gram, posting a range of shirtless pics, and showing off his chiseled abs, as well as his football career.
13 weeks ago, he celebrated his final collegiate football game after six years, posting a photo of himself in the kit with the caption: “What a ride. Thankful for the last 6 years of what this sport has brought me. Thanks to all the coaches and brothers I met along the way.”

He also shared the 37-year-old’s post to his story, with two red heart emojis. The adorable selfie of the couple was taken in Los Cabos, Mexico, as they both smile for the camera with sun-kissed skin.
Mark can be seen wearing a blue snapback cap in reverse, while Kristin let her blonde bob hang in effortless waves.
The couple share a 13-year age gap
Kristin and Mark share a 13-year age gap, at 37 and 24. Cavallari first rose to fame on MTV show Laguna Beach, in 2004. At the time, she was just 17 years old.
That means that when she first rose to fame, her now boyfriend was just four years old. We’re not sure he would’ve been a fan of the show at that age.
In 2009, Cavallari joined Laguna’s spin-off series, The Hills during the fifth season’s midseason finale. She stayed until the end of the sixth season, which was the end of the show altogether, whilst reconciling with Caitlyn Jenner‘s son, Brody Jenner.
The two dated after Laguna Beach for a year on and off, and appeared to ‘get back together’ during The Hills. However, it has since been revealed that the second time around was “just for the cameras.”
